We designed the Stein JSP Jet Stream Surface Pasteurization System to produce a pathogen-free product surface without altering its raw-like nature and appearance. It is the ideal system for low moisture applications including all nut varieties. The conveyorized JSP system is a fully automatic continuous process that delivers a reliable, repeatable, consistent five log reduction of Salmonella Enteritidis PT 30. It is a high temperature, short dwell time pasteurization that features gentle handling with no product surface damage. The Stein JSP-1 Jet Stream Pasteurizer uses powerful condensation heat transfer along with high velocity impingement to achieve the desired product attributes and a high capacity.

If you’re looking to thaw and cook tuna fish efficiently, check out our Tuna Vacuum Pre Cooker and Cooler. We designed this model to thaw and cook tuna fish under steam vacuum-pressure and cool product under a steam ejector vacuum. With increased yield and uniform heat distribution, expect your products to be at the highest possible quality.
Features & Benefits
Capacity up to eight ton/cycle depending on fish conditions, species, varieties, size and cutting
Carts are automatically loaded and unloaded into the Cooker using a “drag chain” mechanical system
Increased yield
Uniform heat distribution inside the chamber
High final product quality due to lack of oxidation
Possibility to recover by-products (cooking broths)
Details
Suitable to cook tuna fish, shellfish, cephalopod and others products
The cooking process is driven by TunaCAL™, a mathematical modeling software created to optimize the tuna precooking process and provide significant benefits in yield, consistency and quality
Our READYGo ASEPTIC MONOBLOCK is designed to supply the food processing industry with a small/medium-sized unit for aseptic processing and filling with the same high quality and aseptic reliability as large scale units. It features compact overall dimensions, quick and easy installation, high flexibility and simplicity of use. All the components are installed onto a single stainless steel mainframe and they are supplied with all the relevant piping and electrical connections. Before leaving factory, the unit undergoes a complete testing in order to have it all ready and set for installation at customer’s site in minimal time.
Features & Benefits
Several feed tank options available
No chemicals or sterile gases are used
Capacity ranging from 500 to 6000 kg/h
Greater versatility by meeting various packing standards
The aseptic filling chamber can be open without losing asepticity
High production speed achieved by a fully PLC-controlled self-diagnostic operational mode
Simple installation, only connection that has to be made is with utilities (power, water, air and steam)

READYGo ASEPTIC MONOBLOCKS can process the following products:
Our GCH technology creates a tangential path for metal cans to transfer from shell-to-shell in an RPS as gently as possible so as to minimize can damage.
Our GCH technology creates a tangential path for metal cans to transfer from shell-to-shell in a Rotary Pressure Sterilizer (RPS) as gently as possible so as to minimize can damage. The tangential path maintains can control as the ejector lifts the can out of the reel and over the leading edge of the valve bridge. This motion reduces sharp impacts experienced by lighter weight can in high speed lines. The technology can be applied to both new RPS equipment, as well as, retrofitted to existing RPS equipment.
Features & Benefits
Reduced can damage
Enables usage of lighter weight cans, and necked-in cans with or without body chime

By avoiding the need of an intermediate water circuit, our Sterideal DR (Direct Regeneration) Heat Exchanger achieves a high regeneration efficiency. The hot sterile product at the outlet of the holding tube directly preheats the product entering the sterilizer. A specially designed heat exchanger is used for this purpose.
Features & Benefits
Specifically designed for:
Low viscosity products
High Regeneration Efficiency
Details
The means of exchange can be hot water, cold water, glycol or product
Capable of being manufactured in various construction materials, from 316L to special alloys
Options & Models
Different tube diameters are available depending on design specifications (capacity, speed, thermal cycle, system pressure, etc.)
