Details
- Applications – sausage, fresh ground meats, soy tofu/tempeh/seiten chubs, vegan sausage and ham, fresh ground fish, surimi/sausage paste, raw/frozen/refrigerated pet food, and pumpable cheese
- Pneumatic return pump prevents product seeping from stuffing tube, keeping closed casing end clean, when changing casings
- After clipping cycle, surplus product pulled by pump into 80 cubic centimeters storage tank and inserted again at start of next cycle
- Portion size determined by stuffer using the clipping pulse or by the length stop on the clipper
