The oil filter AOF continuously filters frying sediment out of the frying oil on-the-fly, ensuring increased production quality as well as reduced operating costs. Thereby unchanged coloring and consistent flavor are extremely long maintained without the need to entirely change the oil inside the fryer. This special filtration system makes it possible to separate matter with a particle size of 1 µm, leaving behind a filtration cake with a residual oil amount of about 5%.
