We started designing and building conveyorized deep fat immersion frying systems back in 1966. Our first fryer offering was a direct gas fired fryer we called the Stein Fry-O-Matic.  Conveyorized frying was a natural extension of our successful line of batter and breading systems.

In the ensuing 50 plus years our knowledge and experience in commercial frying systems, along with our product offering, has grown exponentially.  Our fryer and filter development matched the needs of a growing industry segment and in many cases helped usher in whole new categories of convenience food items, like chicken nuggets and other finger type foods.
