COURSE AUDIENCE

Basic Thermal Processing Academy is intended for all staff members who play a role in the manufacture of safe and high quality canned and aseptic foods such as line operators, line supervisors, plant engineers, food technologists, product developers and quality assurance staff.

Pilot plant hands-on experience

What sets this course apart is the hands-on pilot plant experience. You will have the opportunity to design and conduct a complete heat penetration study in our Process Technologies Laboratory Pilot Plant. This practical component will prepare you for real-world applications.
