A&B Melt Systems

We create ergonomically-designed, self-contained melt systems to reduce manual lifting and dumping, and improve employee safety, via the unique integration of product delivery (conveyor systems), melt stations and use stations. The systems also include many other special features to ensure easy maintenance and reduced labor. Some of the options offered are custom turbine and/or scrape surface agitators, industrial and sanitary designs with or without Clean-in-Place (CIP) integration, integration of solids crushing system that allows for pumping of crushed solid product into melt tank for higher through-puts (production rates) and two-stage melt systems for applications where a fully-melted product reservoir is desired; in select applications, the reservoir agitation systems can be eliminated.Our melt systems are ideal for melting butter, lard, chocolate, gums and other solid products, as well as product reclaim and rework applications.

READYGo™ CYCLONE

Our READYGo CYCLONE is a complete, self-contained two-stage defect removal system. The READYGo CYCLONE Skid produces a clean pulpy juice stream that is sent to a concentrating finisher to concentrate the pulp in preparation for pasteurization or sterilization. The system operates using a second stage underflow recycle process, meaning that the underflow from the second stage cyclones recycle back to the first stage. Double cycloning with second stage recycle provides increased yields and higher defect reduction.

Details

READYGo™ d-LIMONENE

Our READYGo d-LIMONENE recovers more terpenes than traditional cold-pressed systems, which can increase overall revenue.

The oil-bearing emulsion created during primary extraction uses the same method as for cold-pressed oil processing except that less water is used in order to create a more concentrated emulsion.

Our system can easily be integrated into a fully automated plant, saving processors the investment needed to implement a fully engineered solution.

READYGo™ CIP

The A&B Process Systems family of standard Clean-in-Place (CIP) skids is designed to fit your needs.  With three flow rates and up to four tanks per flow rate, there is a total of 12 models to meet the demands of your cleaning applications. READYGo™ JUICE FAMILY

The READYGo™ JUICE FAMILY has been developed to efficiently process whole fruit extractors on a compact skid.This READYGo JUICE citrus extraction family provides smaller citrus processors with flexible, compact skid-mounted systems in single, double or multiple extractor configurations.Each system receives fruit from a fruit feed system. Their ability to adapt to your processing requirements and your factory layout makes them suitable for processing anything from pre-sized fruit to bulk raw material (after properly washing through a brushwasher).The system includes the capability of delivering the finished juice to a pasteurizer, when short-life product is required, or to a storage facility for further processing.

READYGo™ MELT

Block Melt Systems are frequently used in the food, dairy, confectionery, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries to melt butter, lard, chocolate, waxes, gums and other solid products and retain them in a liquid state.Our rectangular tank design maximizes grate efficiency and eliminates the need for baffles in the agitated tank models.

READYGo™ PULPWASH

The recovery of secondary solids from citrus pulp is one of the most straightforward methods to increase primary juice yield. Previous three-stage pulp wash systems were an expensive endeavor requiring customized design and an extensive on-site installation effort. As part of our READYGo family of skid-mounted citrus processing systems, the READYGo PULPWASH simplifies installation and operation of a complete four-stage secondary solids recovery process which can lead to a yield increase of up to eight percent.

Our READYGo EXTRACTION is designed to receive up to 6 t/h of sound and ripe, destalked, sorted and washed (no foreign objects) fruits or vegetables.The line can process a wide range of products, with or without stone according to the line configuration, to produce continuously single strength cloudy juice, smoothies or puree with enzymes inactivated.
