We create ergonomically-designed, self-contained melt systems to reduce manual lifting and dumping, and improve employee safety, via the unique integration of product delivery (conveyor systems), melt stations and use stations. The systems also include many other special features to ensure easy maintenance and reduced labor. Some of the options offered are custom turbine and/or scrape surface agitators, industrial and sanitary designs with or without Clean-in-Place (CIP) integration, integration of solids crushing system that allows for pumping of crushed solid product into melt tank for higher through-puts (production rates) and two-stage melt systems for applications where a fully-melted product reservoir is desired; in select applications, the reservoir agitation systems can be eliminated. Our melt systems are ideal for melting butter, lard, chocolate, gums and other solid products, as well as product reclaim and rework applications.

Our READYGo CYCLONE is a complete, self-contained two-stage defect removal system. The READYGo CYCLONE Skid produces a clean pulpy juice stream that is sent to a concentrating finisher to concentrate the pulp in preparation for pasteurization or sterilization. The system operates using a second stage underflow recycle process, meaning that the underflow from the second stage cyclones recycle back to the first stage. Double cycloning with second stage recycle provides increased yields and higher defect reduction.
Features & Benefits
Self-contained, two-stage defect removal system
Uses a second stage underflow recycle process
Reduced complexity due to tank levels and juice flow rates automation
Double cyclone technology with second stage recycle provides increased yields, reduction of costs and lower amount of defects
Details
Skid is designed to process up to 110 GPM (25.000 l/h) of incoming raw juice using two stages of JBT cyclones
Will work with any citrus fruit variety and produce a clean pulpy juice stream in preparation for pasteurization or sterilization
Our READYGo d-LIMONENE recovers more terpenes than traditional cold-pressed systems, which can increase overall revenue.
The oil-bearing emulsion created during primary extraction uses the same method as for cold-pressed oil processing except that less water is used in order to create a more concentrated emulsion.
Our system can easily be integrated into a fully automated plant, saving processors the investment needed to implement a fully engineered solution.
Features & Benefits
Capable of recovering 70% of total plant recovery from the fruit and 85% from the feed stream
Can be integrated into a fully automated plant and can recover more terpenes than traditional cold-pressed systems
Self-contained system comes equipped with all the necessary controls, motor starters, power conditioning, variable speed drives and solenoid valves to make installation simple and cost effective
Details
Handles up to 100 GPM (23 m³/hr) of oil-bearing emulsion and has a capacity of up to 14 extractors
Can process all types of citrus fruit, producing a clean d-Limonene stream which can be used in a variety of chemical and industrial applications
Options & Models
The READYGo d-LIMONENE 33 process up to 33 GPM (7,5 m³/hr) of oil-bearing emulsion and has a capacity of up to eight extractors.

The READYGo™ JUICE FAMILY has been developed to efficiently process whole fruit extractors on a compact skid. This READYGo JUICE citrus extraction family provides smaller citrus processors with flexible, compact skid-mounted systems in single, double or multiple extractor configurations. Each system receives fruit from a fruit feed system. Their ability to adapt to your processing requirements and your factory layout makes them suitable for processing anything from pre-sized fruit to bulk raw material (after properly washing through a brushwasher). The system includes the capability of delivering the finished juice to a pasteurizer, when short-life product is required, or to a storage facility for further processing.
Features & Benefits
Simple clean-up system in place
Same high quality as conventional JBT citrus processing facilities
High flexibility with several extractor cup options available
Less costly than a traditional custom-designed juice extraction system
Small footprint and straightforward utility requirements
Details
The READYGo™ JUICE FAMILY system has been developed to process whole citrus such as oranges, lemons grapefruits, tangerines, limes and sweet limes.
Options & Models
READYGo JUICE SJE: it can accommodate one JBT citrus juice extractor and is designed to receive fruit-in-feed up to 3 m tons/h
READYGo JUICE DJE: it can accommodate two JBT citrus juice extractors and is designed to receive fruit-in-feed up to 6 m tons/h
READYGo JUICE MJE: it can accommodate up to six JBT citrus juice extractors. Base Module: 3 Extractor Positions

The recovery of secondary solids from citrus pulp is one of the most straightforward methods to increase primary juice yield. Previous three-stage pulp wash systems were an expensive endeavor requiring customized design and an extensive on-site installation effort. As part of our READYGo family of skid-mounted citrus processing systems, the READYGo PULPWASH simplifies installation and operation of a complete four-stage secondary solids recovery process which can lead to a yield increase of up to eight percent.
Features & Benefits
More cost efficient than traditional three-stage finisher systems
Small footprint and simple utility requirements minimize cost of installation
Gentler separation and reduced residence time significantly reduces pectin in the pulp wash liquor, improving evaporation efficiency
Details
Our READYGo PULPWASH can be used with all varieties of citrus, as well as pineapple and other pulpy fruit, to yield a maximum amount of solids in the recovery process.
Our READYGo™ EXTRACTION is designed to receive up to 6 t/h of sound and ripe, destalked, sorted and washed (no foreign objects) fruits or vegetables. The line can process a wide range of products, with or without stone according to the line configuration, to produce continuously single strength cloudy juice, smoothies or puree with enzymes inactivated.
Features & Benefits
High process flexibility: Hot/Cold extraction selectable by divert plate
Wide range of product applications incorporating modules/optionals
Pre-engineered and pre-assembled solution: “plug and play” solution
Low product oxidation: minimum transfer time between fruit breaking and thermal treatment
Reduced installation cost due to pre-assembled solution with limited footprint and simple utility requirements
Quick product change over
Easy to integrate in an existing line with existing equipment
Easy to transport and ground level configuration for easier maintenance and higher safety
Details
The solution is studied to work in two possible process configurations, hot or cold extraction, in order to maintain high process flexibility.
