The SW-4 and SW-6 Shackle Washers provide an efficient and effective solution for in-line washing of shackles. Mounted to the overhead line at any spot on the line, the washer cleans shackles, trolleys and chain simultaneously. Each brush is driven by a separate motor and can be adjusted individually. Cleaning water is supplied separately to each brush increasing cleaning efficiency. Three different brushes are available: nylon, black twisted (above) and silica carbide-impregnated bristles that will also polish stainless shackles in addition to cleaning.
Adjustable personnel stands or “Ergo Stands” allow an individual the opportunity to manually adjust his or her working position to their optimal working height.This type of adjustment improves worker efficiency and reduces unnecessary muscle and joint strain.Customized platform sizes available!

Our PLF Virtus In-line Vacuum Filler from PLF International is designed to specifically handle a wide range of milk based nutritional powders including infant formula and specialized medical nutrition at speeds up to 180cpm.
Developed by PLF’s experienced team, the Virtus incorporates a new patent pending nozzle design that delivers up to 3-times higher throughput per head than previous machines, which greatly reduces changeover and cleaning times, maximizes yield, and reduces operational costs.
Compared to auger filling systems, PLF’s vacuum filling system has no moving parts in contact with the product, which eliminates any risk of product contamination, as well as the possibility of powder breakdown during filling.

The PLF VGS (Vacuum Gassing Seamer) system is designed to provide a next level solution for the modified atmosphere packaging of infant formula and special medical formula powders.
Our new patented vacuum, gassing and seaming process separates the operations of a traditional vacuum gassing seamer into two distinct stages. Firstly, air is evacuated from the filled can and replaced with an inert N2/CO2 gas mix before moving onto the single seaming station. All operations are carried out in a low oxygen environment to ensure very low levels of RO are achieved in the sealed can.
