Rotary Pressure Sterilizer


Our Rotary Pressure Sterilizer (RPS) utilizes fast axial rotation (FAR) to efficiently agitate the container. This results in short-time, high-temperature cooking and efficient cooling in a continuous operation.

There is simply no better way to sterilize high volumes of food in cylindrical containers where product quality benefits from the RPS’s unique agitation technology. As proof, 7,500 of these sterilizers have been placed into production globally since 1921.
