CFS-DR-W Drumette Wing Deboner For Turkey

Our water-jet deboning machines utlilize an innovative water jet to remove meat from bone at a high volume with no bone chipping. They require only one operator for effective operation. The CFS-DR-W debones drumettes and tip-off wings with a very high yield. Also available is the CFS-LT3, which effectively debones legs and thighs.

BP-1 Breast Processor

Our Prime BP-1 Chicken Breast Processor cuts up the front half of the chicken after it has been separated from the back half. The machine enhances yield, improves safety and reduces labor with precise cuts. The BP-1 features adjustable blade configurations to allow the machine to remove wings, remove the back strip, split the back, split the breast, or any combination.

LP-1T Turkey Leg Processor

Our Prime LP-1T and LS-1T (with splitter) turkey leg processors are designed to mechanically remove legs from the back half or saddle. After cutting the ligament in the hip joint, the machine pulls the leg from the back, removing the back and the oyster with the thigh. The leg is then conveyed via the machine auger into a leg splitting module, which cuts through the joint, separating the thigh from the drumstick.

OCS-1 Overhead Cut-Up System for Turkey

The OCS-1 Overhead Turkey Cut-Up System, contains several machines that work together. The HM-1 Halver and BSC-1 Back Skin Cutter, halve turkeys and separate the front half from the back half, and send the front half to the ILBD-3T In-Line Breast Deboner. The BHP-1 Back Half Processor removes legs from spine, leaving the legs in the shackle. The LS-1 Leg Splitter Module then separates thighs from drums, dropping the thigh to a conveyor. HM-1T Turkey Halver

Our Prime HM-1T Turkey Halving Machine automatically and effectively separates the front half from the saddle. The HM-1T can be adjusted to remove more rib bones or saddle to maximize yield. Working in conjunction with the BSC-Series Back Skin Cutter, the Halving Machine can be adjusted to completely cut front halves from the saddle or leave the front half hanging by the back skin to drop in a location downline from the halver.
