Electronic Undercover Gassing System
JBT Bevcorp’s programmable electronic undercover gassing system represents a major advancement over traditional, manual gassing systems that are used to displace air with CO2 or N2 prior to closing and seaming a beverage can. Electronic valves and regulators enable the entire gassing process to be controlled with precise measurement from an HMI or a remote location. Additionally, the electronic system provides feedback in a continuous loop for automatic adjustment, or as random samples for an optional data collection system.

Our granular filler ensures high filling accuracy, gentle product handling and minimum product loss. It can fill a broad range of wide mouth rigid and semi-rigid containers. The required filling volume is pre-measured by means of an adjustable lower and upper cup.The No-can/No-fill system detects container presence and actuates the opening of the fill gate, allowing the product to enter the funnel to fill the container.

A vacuum-assisted granular filler was specially developed to accurately pre-dose small volumes of high-value, sticky particles. These particles (coconut jelly, coconut meat, grass jelly, bird nest jelly, aloe vera jelly, etc.) are added to beverages in order to enhance mouth feel, taste and nutritional value. The vacuum assisted granular filler yields high fill precision and assures minimum give-away and maximum product savings. The gentle product handling results in a high quality product.
Our rotary level filler fills a broad range of plastic and glass bottles to precisely the same fill level. Vacuuming assures a drip-free filling of low, medium or high viscosity products, and the new filling valves enable faster filling and improved clean ability. A neck support system enables the processing of lightweight bottles.
