Our Prime HCF-Series Horizontal Cannister Filters are designed to remove solids from from water that can ultimately be re-used or sent to wastewater treatment systems.Typically used in conjunction with Prime’s LFS-Series Screens as the second of a two-stage process, HCF Series filters pass process water through wedgewire screens with gaps of .005 inches (125 microns), in volumes ranging up to 600 GPM. A typical system includes as a first stage a Prime LFS-Series rotating stainless-steel wedgewire drum screen that pre-screens out particulate smaller than .010 inches (250 microns).JBT Prime is the leader in water re-use, and our engineering team can spec out any size system for any need, from self-contained units to full-room systems with auto-balancing capabilities.
