Built to our customers’ exact specifications, we design, fabricate and install hold tanks and storage tanks using a variety of metals – from stainless steel and carbon to Hastelloy and AL-X6N alloys. Our stainless steel hold tanks and storage tanks can be ASME code-constructed and stamped, or non-pressurized, based on your needs. From one liter to 30,000 gallons, our hold tanks and storage tanks can be fabricated to size.We also have a line of standard tanks in multiple sizes and designs. Our standard storage tanks are available with Cone, Dished or Flat bottom heads and range in size from 350 to 1,500 Gallons.

JBT Proseal designs and manufactures an extensive and varied range of tray sealing machinery with throughputs from 6 to 240 packs per minute. This high-speed capacity is complimented by a number of benefits including; user-friendly intuitive design, eco-friendly electric seal actuation, and ultimate flexibility.

Available in two formats: extra-wide-single-lane or twin-lane. With increased production capacity the GT2eX has the ability to take packs up to 400mm wide, long edge leading, into the machine. Capable of up to 72 Vacuum Gas packs per minute with a 6-impression tool the GT2eX system is packed with user-friendly benefits including our special lightweight, high-strength tooling. The GT2eX-Twin is a high throughput modular, twin-lane, linear, heat-sealing system. It is designed to run in conjunction with auxiliary equipment such as tray de-nesters, fillers, multi-head weighers and labellers, combining into a stand-alone, fully automatic production line.
