High speed production line for multi format ready meals
The customer had an increasing need for faster production. Their aim was to produce multi-component meals at a rate of 120 packs per minute and reduce operator activity by 69%. This would require a high speed production line that fit within the constraints of their high care production facility by not only meeting cleanliness standards, but being space efficient. The customer also required sealed packs to be split off into multiple lanes for spiral freezing.
