Our further developed forming machine PRO is characterized in particular by high flexibility and high production speed. The AFM PRO is ideally suitable for processing large quantities of different product masses in individually designable shapes.

One of the key features of the AFM PRO is its mold plate system, which allows for consistent and accurate shaping of products. This system ensures that each product maintains its desired shape and portion size, delivering uniformity and quality.

The machine operates at high pressure, making it suitable for handling pasty products with different levels of particle size. This versatility allows for a wide range of applications, accommodating various product types and textures.

To facilitate product transfer, the AFM PRO utilizes screws located in the hopper to transport the material into the filling channel. From there, a specially developed filling system gently conveys the product to the mold plate. The synchronized outfeed belt system then efficiently moves the formed products for further processing or packaging.

The AFM PRO is equipped with a user-friendly PLC control system, operated through a touch panel interface. This interface offers a visualized user experience, enabling intuitive operation and easy access to process parameters. Additionally, the machine provides recipe management functionality, allowing users to store and recall up to 30 different recipes. This feature enhances flexibility and efficiency in production, accommodating various product specifications and requirements.
